Mergin Maps Community Edition Setup -- GCP and Virtual Machine Setup (Video 2)

In this tutorial, we're setting the stage for running the Mergin Maps software/stack using Docker. We cover everything from getting started with Google Cloud Platform up to Docker installation, to reserving a Static (unchanging) IP address so that your Mergin Maps users will have a consistent URL to go to when performing their work.
