The 1, 2, 1 shot is so underrated. Especially if you throw a lot of 1, 2s. Your opponent won't see the 1 coming at the end. It's like a free punch! Load up!

I hate mine because the spring is at the very bottom so it bounces back slow. Even when i hit so hard it touches the floor(or the base) it doesnt come back as fast as id like.

The second bag sucks it’s too light. You need the cobra reflex bag that can be drilled into cement to really hit the bag with the right pop in my opinion.
