Gerade bei Buxbäumen schaut es genial aus wenn sie radikal zurück geschnitten werden und dann aus schlafenden Augen wieder austreiben

Hello and Bravo! I always come back to your video's when im working on Boxwoods. Or really any vid's, but I specifically like, because of your great success with them, thee Boxwood vid's, You clearly know this species.

With that said, this vid has me confused. Please forgive my English only. If I may ask,

What time of year did you cut all that off?
I have seen them backbud, but you cut beyond the green, wont that dieback? I think you wanted Jin's on some, correct?
Again forgive my poor translating and if you can advise on the dot points of this video. I would be greatly appreciated, and if you ever come to Boston, I owe you some drinks!! If not drinks, then food! If not food, then Im in trouble, hahaha
