Nice to have feature I suppose, but since everything is manual updates, versus being calculated from plan info, it seems much more like a "journal" for the PfM/PgM than an actual "management tool".

Is a special subscription required to add a plan to the created portfolio?

Because I have created plans, but from the portfolio when I try to add a plan it appears as if there were no previous plans.
