There are some points can be valuable to this video. In the first strategy domain, pm needs to consider the org vision and mission, bc based on that the portfolio strategic plan is created. Prioritisation happens in this stage, and it should be done through buy in between the key stakeholders. In ppm, the risk domain is different than projects and programs, in ppm, pm needs to consider both positive and negative, positive means pm should take any opportunity gets value to the org strategic objectives. Finally, there is no closure in portfolio, unlikely in projects and programs. It all depends when each component is done,
