Some residents at the Sterlingshire Apartments in Northeast Houston have been living in deplorable conditions are now getting help. FOX 26’s Damali Keith, who has been following the story, explains what state inspectors found in their investigations.

To tell me you lack the knowledge and skills to clean your stove oven? That's a tenant issue not a landlord issue. Mold can be cleaned up with clorox wipes before it gets out of control. What see here are peoole who won't take care of themselves.
