I LOVE freeze dried fruit! I have eating problems and if I eat breakfast I’m SO SICK and usually have to leave school. Well recently I tried freeze dried fruit in the morning figuring “hey it’s pretty small going in and expands slowly in my stomach. Maybe I won’t be sick eating that and I won’t starve until lunch?” I tried it and BOY IS IT A LIFESAVER! I’m not starving by lunchtime and they taste soooo good! My favorite are freeze dried strawberries and raspberries which I TOTALLY recommend!
