As a Person with a pulse cannon
I can say its good when it comes to breaking shields or protective barriers
They are effective in some cases like battling other Mechs below Ares (I think)
But Yeah the mechs above Ares are "not or not that" effective
But Yeah I agree

Ngl Frags I would put in A or S tier- they are highly situational though and it’s probably only good because I use them on Surge

Jav should be in a tier :) and yes the pulse cannon doesn't do a lot of damage per shot, but the dmg per mag is great. And it is one of the better assault weapons.

The pulse canon is good I would place on B tear fact: pulse canon 8 does more damage than disk launcher 8 the down side is it does the damage slow
