JAVASCRIPT Exercises for beginners - onmousemove and binary conversion

Javascript exercise for beginners - how to convert decimal number to binary paired with onmousemove event to get these decimal numbers. We will write two functions - one to be called on ONMOUSEMOVE event attached to body tag of html.
Btw still sorting new monitor out and html and css code are bad quality shots. But the code is pretty basic skeleton, so don`t see any problem there
