I think those volcanoes are named Popocateptl and Ixtaccihuatl. There's a Romeo and Juliet like story about them. Popo was a warrior and Ixta's dad didn't like him, so Popo went to war and I forget the rest. I'm glad you made it to Puebla--birthplace of mole poblano.
