I Bought this item after watching this review and having had the item 4 hours and after much frustration with flaky software over 3 phones and the gimble having a mind of its own i returned it and will be getting the Hohem Isteady m6 instead which has a much better reputation. it is as they say you get what you pay for. buy cheap buy twice. The software may be more stable on an i phone as it has been pointed out the user in this video has no problem using it with his i phone. I may have had a faulty product, build quality is excelent. Possibly better paired with an iphone rather than android.

My xe doesn't follow me from the front of the phone. Does it matter what side of the camera you use in order to make the camera follow your moves?

I used my new Gimbal Smart XE for the first time today and the video is shaking. Did i forgot to turn on a feature?

Mine keeps jumping from one side to the other. I cannot get it to move smoothly or stay still. It rotates on its own and is pretty glitchy. Unfortunately bought from temu at less than half of what described here and the thing had a few days of return so am stuck with it. 😅😅
