12' Wards Sea King Boat Customized

I've had this 12' boat for about 2 years and I've never done a video. I just wanted to show some of the "customizing" I guess that's what you'd call it, some additions to the boat to make it more suitable to me.

You are very clever! Right now I’m stuck with a 12 ft sea king I got for 200.00 some very good guy helped me out. Didn’t come with a trailer so I can’t really do much with it if I have to store it in the truck bed upside down. I’m 65 and it’s a pain putting it in taking it out, loading up unloading and I can’t afford any decent trailer . If I only can find a trailer !! Thanks for the ideas, this is my 6th boat the only one with no damn trailer.

Nice little rig, small boats are way less headaches than those fancy bass boats. I have a small 14.5 foot that I added lots of stuff. I see the plastic tube you used to get battery power to the back, looks good. What I did for my front Nav light, was I removed the rear and front stern handles to sent the wire down the inside of the gunnel to the front, then re-install after, you don't see anything and neat. I think I used an old piece of brake tube to feed it up.

Nice boat you go pan fishing with it; love fishing for them bluegills taste good too. My brother when he was in high school wroked at a big Wards store he did the window display's, surprize all of us, we never knew he had a eye for that type of thing..

Nice! I have 1975 Sea King I inherited from my father in law. I put a small 2.3 HP Honda on it. Not fast, but it gets me to the places I want to fish, and the V hull is nice compared to my Jon boat the slaps the water when choppy.
