If you never had this. The Flavors are Savory, Umami, Pungent, with a hint of a Tang. The Toasted Rice Powder is the Star 🌟 of the Show and gives it a Signature Texture.

This Style of Laab is made and Share Dish with Northeastern Thai (Issan), Hmong, Iu Mien, Khmu Community. Really hard to find these style of Laab at Restaurants. My Cambodian and Vietnamese Friends in California makes this style as well.

Chicken Gizzard (Thinly Sliced)
Chicken Heart (Thinly Sliced)
Chicken Liver (Thinly Sliced)

Kaffir Lime Leaf (Minced)
MSG (Make Sh*t Good)
Galangal (Minced)
Lemongrass (Minced)
Toasted Rice Powder
Scallions (Chopped)
Mint (Minced)
Cilantro (Chopped)
Fresh Chili (Sliced)
Chili Powder
Lime Juice
Fish Sauce
Fermented Fish Sauce Padaek

Garnishes

Mint (Plucked)
Asian Eggplant
Cucumber (Sliced)
Leaf Lettuces
Long Bean
Chili Peppers
Bean Sprouts
Culantro
Perilla Leaf

Once you have everything Combined. Adjust Lime, Fish Sauce, Fermented Fish Sauce Padaek, Toasted Rice Powder and MSG to your Likings.
