I believe that is 24th between Virginia and Baker streets. Residential, and a pretty normal neighborhood in Everett. Either domestic violence or drug-related, I would guess. There are not many shootings in this neighborhood, though it is close to arterials where people drive too fast thru here.
I'm very sorry for these men and the family who have to bury them.
