The Mordialloc Freeway - 'Australia's Greenest Freeway'

In November 2021, the nine-kilometre long Mordialloc Freeway opened to traffic to connect the Mornington Peninsula Freeway to the Dingley Bypass.

Dubbed ‘Australia’s Greenest Freeway’, the project diverted more than 249,739 tonnes of recyclables from landfill, including the equivalent of 204 million glass bottles or 512,511 yellow wheelie bins!
