I spoke to a real estage agent and he was honest- he said the best thing for young people without owning real estate is to leave Canada - not even go to AB or SK. The whole market is in for a correction and working in the US makign more money will be the best thing to do. I will come back in 10-15 years when Canada sorts things out like immigration, housing, healthcare, education etc.
