Please keep making videos. Your music videos are really funny and educational. Your talking videos are also really great! Keep it up! I have no doubt your channel will take off! Love it!

I swing like that and instead of focusing on the lead hand I just let the trail hand release from radial deviation / extension to ulnar deviation and being pulled straight by the force of the club head mass whipping down around the hands.

It requires a grip with minimal tension in the finger (which inhibits the free release of thumb-up radial deviation lag, which is accomplished by gripping club with shaft vertical then lowering which counter-rotates the forearms which stretches the forearm muscles which control the fingers resulting in a good grasp of the club without any restriction in wrist movement.

There isn’t any “flipping” of the club because the force keeps the trail hand pulled straight through impact and the finish. It is the same trail hand action as when casting with a fishing pole or cracking a whip.

He has a very mickey wright esque swing because he does what lot of people like to call “extending and widening so you can drag thru the ball zone” it gives him a longer swing path and a harder strike at the ball

The way I always thought of it is a "rolling" release vs. a "holding" release. Same attributes applied as you said. "Rolling" creates more potential for curvature and distance but "holding" creates less curvature and lower distance. Basically Rory vs. Morikawa. Love the vid 🤙

I have the morikawa release also and I had no clue till someone told me one day. I’m a straight hitter with a slight fade sometimes

Dude!
I don’t know if you invented that visual aid for your club face but that’s absolutely brilliant.
Love your videos

That’s my “what the hell am I doing” right now, when I hit long irons with a traditional swing I hit much further but less control, when I hit using a square swing I can hit a lot more precise.

I hit like him then, I always thought I had a pretty standard swing style though. Pretty cool, good content!

Not implying you are incorrect but some
folks may think they have to purposely do this. I don’t think the release should be a forced thing, I find it causes your wrists to tighten and the grip as well. If you are on the proper swing plane and the transition sequence is in sync, the club will release naturally

Can you explain how you think that's supinating? I contend that you demonstrated pronating, yet you called it supinating.

Pronation being the bowing of the lead wrist, having the back of the lead hand, facing the ground. You did it and called it supinating.

For example, Dustin Johnson has a pronated lead wrist at the top and maintains that pronated position... it turns over, pronating further... supinating is when the palm faces the ground... so the trail arm supinates and the lead arm pronates... you said the opposite...
