INSTANT POT SWEDISH MEATBALLS IN JUST 3 MINUTES

Super easy one pot Swedish meatballs in the Instant Pot. Simply throw all of the ingredients into the pot and you're ready to eat in less than 5 minutes.
Shopping List:
3 cups uncooked extra wide noodles
1 lb. frozen or thawed meatballs
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp.. minced garlic
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. Kosher salt (if using table salt, use 1/2 that much) Adjust to your liking
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half
1 tbsp. corn starch
Directions:
Add the meatballs, broth, Worcestershire, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to the pot. Add the noodles on top on an even layer (do not stir). Do not stir.
Replace the lid making sure the pressure switch/knob is set to the "seal" position.
Press the pressure cook/manual button and select "high pressure". Adjust cook time to 3 minutes.
When done, do a quick release by moving the pressure switch/knob to the "vent" position and wait for the pin to drop before removing the lid. For softer noodles, allow a 5 minute natural release after the cook time expires.
Press the "cancel" button.
Mix the cream and corn starch together until smooth and add to the pot.
Press the "saute" button and select high heat. Stir frequently until the sauce thickens. Turn off pot.
Serve and enjoy!
