I feel like once a week is so excessive when it comes down to water but I will say I’m more of the every 2weeks because i feel like if you take a shower use clean night clothes cover your hair and have 3pillows on each side you can flip and flop them till yah need to wash. bonnets need to be washed every time you wash your hand wash first so you can get all the oil out

I washed my bedding on the 12 this month and I shower every night before getting into bed n wash my face as well I usually wash my bedding every month or every 2 weeks

For me it was 1x/week pillow case 1x/ 2 to 3 weeks but latey I have to go to laundry Matt etc so I like once a month or less but no pets or anything and single but gotta wash more now to improve dating life 😅
