Yeah the Maus might be great in mm like this, but usually it is tier X only matchups with basically everyone firing gold at you. Which makes this tank very frustrating to play cos then your armor isnt nearly as good and apart from the armour that tank has really no other noticable strengths apart from maybe its HP.

The Maus has the big problem, that you have to show your weakpoints (cheeks) to your enemy, if you want to shoot. So the enemys just have to wait until you want to fire and then they can demage you. Because of this, the Maus is mainly against bad players strong, who fire at your turret when it is turned.

That was a major throw by the enemy team there
with the amount of tanks they had they could have capped, strv could have set up to catch the maus's side and permatracked him and then farmed him, meds could have flanked and farmed but no they threw

Fun but the amount of gold that is getting fired now makes this tank very annoying to play. You can't exactly react well when you're caught. I'd rather have a faster tank with better turret armor like the 277

The issue is the lack of instant ammo switch. You can do that in Wotb, which is why people are very conservative with their gold ammo. Very rarely have I been shot at with gold in anything but a very heavily armored heavy.

It's always fun to drive a low height medium right up to the side of a Maus where it doesn't have enough gun depression to hit you :D

Due to the lt 432's low module dmg, it will take at least 2 shots to damage the tracks with apcr rounds, and more likely 3. And he rounds would be difficult to use as the maus armor is too thick to ne splashed for even 1 hp of dmg, and the screens would protect the tracks. Maus goated fr fr

Not taking away the Maus (fabulous game) but it's also a great example of lack of team coordination in Random battles.

Either ALL cap or ALL attack. Don't divide your forces, least of all against a heavily armoured tank in a good defensive position.

05:02 That's where I had my own stand half a decade ago, in a Maus. It was during the time Chrysler GF situation was going on (Foch and all) and I ended up on Dez's video iirc. T62a got behind me, so I climbed ontop of him and won that way. 10/10
