I've been setting up and using 3CX for small businesses for 2 years now. I'm a system administrator for a MSP. It has been very easy to create all kinds of custom call handing, ring groups, call queues, etc until recently. I really think V20 is a big step backwards.

It would be nice if you could use your own isp's sip trunk rather than have to pay a 3rd party to use this "free" service.

Very nice video but I have a question is there any way I can set. This up on my computer and connect my VoIP phone and have it working with this 3CX system on my computer?

I noticed on the 3CX site it says max 3 desk phones so does all the phones need to be mobile phones? thanks
