A new 21min long song, this time – finally, as promised for a long time – a Viking song. This is the first time I made a Viking song in my series of relaxing superlength songs that are all 20min+ long. The title is Icelandic and means “unwalked” as translated by a very awesome person from Iceland who helped me with correct translations. I wanted to make a song that gets you transported into an ancient time of our world, deep inside the forests of the north, where any human soul is uncountable miles far away, and all that exists is the endless wilderness, the cold and the forces of a long forgotten spirit world that seems to become alive, here in the absence of human presence.
PS: The voice is my own that you hear in there somewhere.^^
PPS: The Viking album is coming very close to completion now with this song!

All music composed and arranged on keyboard, by myself as always.

This is the type of song that makes you homesick for a place and time that you were not born in.

Most old souls remember these times, this forest, the calm rain, the quiet place to call home.

I have DMD, 2 years in bed, never gave up, breathing on ventilator, but I find power trough this music, I feel strong, though, like my soul came from ancient viking.

I'm a Dane and I grew up in a small forest village with about a hundred people living there. My life has always been in the forest and there is nothing that calms me more than the forest at night. Now I live in a bigger city for university.
Adrian, when I hear your music and look at this picture, I can feel something pull at me from the pit of my stomach. I get goosebumps and a strong sense of longing washes over me. My hair stands on end and all I want is to hear the crunch of snow and leaves under my boots. My heart belongs in the North.
You always bring me back.

I'm from Norway, and we played this whilst sitting around a campfire in the middle of winter. I have to say, when the northern lights dance to the rhythms of our forefathers...the whole world stops turning.

Edit: Wow thanks you guys! I've never had so many likes on a comment before😯 Much appreciated <3

English man, Yorkshire born 'n bred with Scandinavian blood flowin' through his veins. A lot of our broad Dialect we use to today comes from these beautiful Languages. Much respect from across the pond to our Northern Germanic brothers.

Ive read many of the comments here. The thing about music is that it invokes imagery, emotions, fantasy, longings. This song does it all. I've read many comments about longing for another time, a time of real-life experience and struggle. A time when what was yours was yours and could only be taken by force. A time when family ties were as strong as iron and the land was the lifeblood of the hearth. A time when the balance between mother and father in the home was respected, each knowing their duty without complaint. A time when the Gods of our ancestors lived strong in the heart of the folk. A time when we did not know too much as we do now and the world was still full of mystery and magic. I long for that time and age as well.

I grew up in Norway wandering around in all the public forests. This reminds me of hiking around in the woods & mountains, very mysterious and humbling experience. Music is very appropriate.

If you are from Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden or Finland it doesnt matter, we are all children of the north wind. Valhalla waits those who die in battle but remember the battles we fight are inside our heads. I seek my place in valhalla and i hope who ever reads this, greets me in there.

I am from India, Bengal (eastern region) and I feel so connected to this kind of Nordic music. I can listen to this all day. I wish to survive in nature that has bluish and blackish shades everywhere with an axe and a sword. And to face and overcome nature’s harshness

I often feel characters like ODIN is same as our INDRA(king of gods and god of thunder and rain)
