The stat points are a bit confusing are you sure the blue number is the manual points and not the stat given from the gear or am I trippin.

well i have been doing this build trying to follow all of the steps, and noticeed something, on your ( video ) the skills are not the same as show on the build page, for exemple you use spining merciles barrage and you tell us to use the gale one, as other skills, any specific reason ?
