as someone who works in a restaurant, i kinda know this feeling, i worked in various restaurants and fast food first opening, yes its hard because many people are coming in, but i think this was either lack of proper management, or they just been pressured to the point where they rushed everything because of many orders coming in, yes this is very important to know for the first days of opening because it will leave a good/bad reputation for the restaurant, its better to work fast and know what ur doing and delaying orders that are coming in instead of rushing everything where orders are raw or wrong
