An exploration into shades of the raga Mohanam with the Ninnu Kori varnam as a base. Snatches of krithis by Muttuswami Dikshitar, Ootukadu VenkataSubbaier and Thyagaraja segue in and out as the violin briskly plays the varnam. The krithis chosen contrast with each other in gait: slow and fast alternating. The piece features manodharma contributions from all the artists involved.

performed by Akul Gonchigar (Vocal), Avani Rao (Violin) and Shivatejas Bettadapura in a remote collaboration.

Very unpleasant to see the "thalaiviri kolam" (hair unstrapped and free flowing) of the performing artist...It is not part of our culture, especially while performing for a divine rendition
