100, 000 seconds? I guess it's fine for a tiny app that doesn't access the database that much but it's still just 27 hours of compute time...

27 free hours per month of database access can be useful for a trial and to test the features but it's not suitable for small projects requiring 24h uptime or basic CRUD services unfortunately without the surprise costs.
