I have a doubt..
Let's we are using a Web API that is connected to the mssql serverless version .
My first question is...
If I didn't call my API for 1 hour will it pause...

My 2nd question is
If it's in pause state do we need to go to our azure account to manually resume it ... Or it's automatically got resumed when I call API ???
