Just ordered one for a job I have coming up. Should be a real time, step, material and swearing saver.

Should the blade clear the cutter edge when I try a cut? I put my laminate in to cut and pull the handle and the blade hits the cutter, does not clear it. I’m applying way too much force and all I do is score the laminate.

I've got 12" wide plank with numerous 45 degree cuts. Dang won't do me any good there.
