Skill worker visa going rate correction but salary threshold £38, 700 going rate or standard rate whichever is higher all most job £38, 700 this is too much salary no any employer given this salary that's why all people break the rules this is not solution.
One more things per rate 11.44 so how to government decide £38, 700 this is too much high

I came UK in 2022 JAN with student VISA. my husband and daughter are DEPENDENTS (daughter is 6years old) she is go to school now year 1 standard. we got PSW in 2023 AUG and it will expired 2025 AUG. now we are working warehouse jobs. now my concern is if i switch to TIRE 2 VISA or CARE WORK VISA my husband and daughter continue to stay with me. please give me reply.
