Thank you my friend it solves my problem by locating the white plastic gear inside the paper feed area, I manually roll it with my finger while the printer is powered on..and putting some objects on the top cover sensor.

Hi Sir, I am experiencing the same. I have seen your video several times and tried still not able to. I've downloaded the service manual for L1300 and read and came across page 132 where theres some adjustments to be done.

I've also seen a few videos that suggested to change the CR motor.

I still trust your method will work, but I'm not doing this the right way probably. help me

excelente solución mi impresora tenia el mismo fallo y ya habia hecho varias limpiezas de encoder, sensor motor y no quedaba le hice el movimiento del carro del papel y ya esta imprimiendo de nuevo excelente video

this is the problem of my L1300. i accidentally rotated its roller feeder which resulted to double blinking. and there is a cracking sound everytime i switch it on. the roller must have been disaligned
