Will this work for a conventional car setup that needs a return line to regulate vapor lock? Also, I heard that rubber lines past 1 ft total pose a risk. Do y'all sell this in metal hose configurations?

I am buying a kit like this for my 66 GTO and I am installing a Fitech EFI system, my question is : do i still need to run a return line from the EFI to the tank or with the return line out of the regulator is enough and i just need to cap the return outlet in the EFI?
