just to share something which let me think about more in this topic. I visited a nurse who handled one anemic patient in her assigned area. she did everything for him accept to assess that this patient is high risk for fall, no preventive measures done as well as no NCP for this problem. it means there is still some deficient knowledge in CT. This video gives me the answer right now. Thank you.
