Excellent video. I am a stage 3 breast cancer survivor who can not take the hormone suppressants that dramatically reduces cancer recurrence. I’ve researched this topic tons So I am taking many of these foods including by supplement. However I still learned some things from this video and I especially appreciate your supporting the info with studies.

I grow broccoli sprouts in my kitchen. Broccoli spouts have 25x more Sulforaphane than mature broccoli. Growing broccoli sprouts is fast, easy and kind of fun :) I highly recommend it.


Beets and ginger also have anti cancer properties. My husband makes me this in our juicer a few times a week:
1 small beet, 1”-2” raw ginger, 1-2 apples, 4 carrots. 1/4 pineapple. Then he puts the juice in a blender and adds about 1/4-1/2 cup of blueberries, a few raspberries, a couple strawberries. It’s really good! Apples have some polyphenols, but less than berries.

I make this little dish a few times a week too:
Bovine colostrum ( shown in studies to inhibit tumor formation). I mix this with 1/4-1/2 cup of 5% plain Greek yogurt, flaxseeds (be sure to grind them first), pumpkin seeds, a sprinkling of walnuts and almonds, blueberries, strawberries (or whatever berries you have on hand). Stir to mix well. Yum!

If you don’t regularly take flaxseed, you should start with a small amount and increase as tolerated because it can have a bit of a laxative effect in larger amounts. Whole flaxseeds are not well absorbed so it is recommended that you crush the seeds. You can also buy it in powder form.

We mustn’t forget Green tea which helps fight cancer. I sip on green tea all day long :)

Being Vegan, I eat all the foods mentioned except fatty fish. I get my Omega 3 and 6 from Chia Seeds and I get more Omega 3 plus Vitamin D from Flaxseed Oil, which pour over my vegetables. I was raised in an Omnivore household but became Vegan when I learnt a few home truths. Cancer and bad hearts run in my family, so I need to take care of what I eat. So far, so good - health wise - for me.

Turn everything over to the Lord, lean not on ur own understanding ask him to lead and direct ur path and u will follow, look into changing ur diet, try plant base diet elimate sugars.
