I've just bought a new MX-5 with the extra 23 bhp. At least the manufactures are correct in stating that their new engine will now rev to 7, 500rpm. If I tried power sliding mine I'll probably end up in a ditch. An incredible piece of driving!

C’est fou comment une voiture si peu chère peut autant donner cette impression d’amusement au volant. Répartition des masses parfaites avec le conducteur, caisse basse. Juste ce qu’il faut de puissance pour maîtriser et apporter le soin nécessaire à son entrée de virage. Juste cool !

Most impressive. A standard roadster for puttering down to the shops or cruising the beach at sunset mixing it with GP Porsches costing many times the MX5. Note the tacho hovering in the 7 grand range. What a car!
