I don’t know what he’s sayin but I’m a black American musician and I know when people have a mastery of “melody” regardless the language or culture. When I was a child, I read that when God asked young Solomon what he desired, he responded in a similar manner and because of how profound and well thought his wish was, God gave him arguably, one of the greatest kingdoms to rule. I remember saying myself, this is what I desire in my life. The ironic thing about knowledge and wisdom is, pain and hardship are almost always a prerequisite. Thus, this spiritual jam rekindles those long forgotten feelings and emotions that that young boy felt when he read about Solomon. Ay bhuti, you made so proud of my humble background and I am now reminded to pay attention to the lessons it has taught me - as broke as I may be.
