I just discovered your channel and i love the way you cook. My husband is Greek and sometime he misses greek food. Anddd i'm so glad i found your channel! I have tried to cook the shrimp saganaki (simply amazing), pastitsio (didn't expected i can make it, wow!), tzatziki sauce (🖒), roast chicken with lemon and potatoes (poli nostimo!), i even tried your way to make omelette!😄. I tried the recipe and it tasted even better than those amazing saganakis I tried in Greece this summer! So happy I can enjoy shrimp saganaki whenever I want:) BTW the star anis and uzo add a nice touch, giving you the feeling of being in the Greek islands enjoying some mezes with uzo;)

i did this with mussels, and then put it in tortillas with fresh basil, and cucumber thinly sliced with most of its water removed. Heavenly Burritos
