It's been 3 weeks I noticed a small improvement usually 5-6 a week Sometimes the college schedule is hectic I take breaks if I'm busy

idk if my watch is wrong(i just got it) but i can do easy runs anywhere from 6:50-8:30 pace depending on how i feel that day and my heart rate data is so inconsistent. some days ill be at 180 avg hr and some days itll be 160 but the runs are easy! do i really need to run all of my easy days at 9:00-9:30 pace to be in the 130-140 hr zone? will it make me slower or faster?

I run my slow runs at 5’/km, my 10km right now is around 38”00”’ and I run my tempo runs at 4’10”/km is it good?
