secret twin... actually theirs a really good monk episode, where this guys wife, is basically setting him up for murder/threats etc... and gets him arrested near the end. the detective the guy hired to determine if his wife was cheating on him and reported she wasnt... finally is at the police station, he was so happy because this guy was his high school bully... well he figures out what has happened against all possibility when he starts to put together clues of what people said and earlier events.

The dead body that showed up, all of it. turns out the husband wasnt the bad guy in this, though we never figure out his morality overall, he is rich and seems to have a good life with what the audeince assumed was a loving wife.

Well, then we discover, the wife had a adoption long ago, her adoption. and that reveals... their was a secret, she had a twin, who tracked her down, coveted her wealth, tied her up and was going to murder her, and take the husbands wealth through quick money moving, and divorce once he was in prison.

really a good episode overall if somewhat cheesey
