It took me a while to make my own list, also because there are some... wildly different... books on there😂But they all have a special place in my heart for different reasons, some I read recently, some when I was a child. Some have just been very formative for me as a reader and/or person, so it checks out!

T: To Command and Collar by Cherise Sinclair (contemporary erotic romance, with some amazing character and relationship building) - TW for dark themes and topics!
H: Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones (middle grade/YA fantasy, amazing vibes, wonderfully rounded characters, also a stunning movie)
A: Angels & Demons by Dan Brown (contemporary mystery, one of the reasons my love for symbology and ancient history and art still lives on)
N: Nettle & Bone by T. Kingfisher (fantasy with a dash of horror and amazing wit, made me fall in love with fantasy again)
K: Kiss of Midnight by Lara Adrian (paranormal urban romance, which I do not remember very clearly tbh, but it was (I think) the first one I ever read and it got me hooked, so😂)
F: Fire by Kristin Cashore (YA romantasy, very much vibes, my first foray into romantasy and I loved it)
U: Uprooted by Naomi Novik (YA romantasy with a lot of amazing character work, fits right inbetween Nettle & Bone and Fire, in my opinion, and got me back into reading again a few years ago)
L: The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan (middle grade fantasy adventure, that will always have a special place in my heart for especially the representation and the mythology and many more reasons. I still reread it every so often🧡)
