That was awesome footage! Thank you for sharing it! I am 65 and up in Massachusetts. I have only had the pleasure of seeing just one bobcat in the wild in my 65 years. My dad had an old sawmill and the cat was in the middle of the driveway as i was entering. I stopped, and he stopped. We eyed each other for just a few seconds, and he scooted off on his way. I hope to see another one someday. I love all cats - big and small.

Seen plenty of black bear, deer, raccoon, red fox, one young moose, owls, hawks and many other birds and many other critters, but those cats are elusive creatures. They may have even seen me a few times, but i never saw them, lol. I wish they would come out and say hi more often. I am not going to bite. 😸

I have a Bobcat that has been visiting my front yard. She/he does seem to like my camera and has knocked it over twice now!

Cats are curious, beautiful creatures, as are many of those caught on your cam. You never know what you will catch on a camera - anywhere, anytime, any place in the world. That is what is so awesome about all the camera's out there - ghosts, aliens, extinct species, cryptoides, whatever - not everything can be explained. I think of Mississippi as a place with a LOT of history and mystery and an abundance of nature. I could be wrong - I've never been there. I say put up more trail cams with live feeds.

You should nail an apple to a tree directly across from your camera and about 10 ft off the ground. See if any bigfoot comes along and tries to retrieve it.
