Democratic incumbents in red states face tough Senate races

Control of the Senate in 2025 is likely to come down to a handful of key races, including two tough contests in red states involving Democratic incumbents. CBS News political reporter Hunter Woodall has more.

Both knew the political leanings of their respective states, but always chose to remain unwaveringly loyal to Chuck Schumur. Amazingly Doug Jones did the same thing during his brief time in the Senate. Brown and Tester are about to suffer the same fate as Jones.

Manchin is not running for reelection either. I see Republicans picking up seats in Montana, Ohio, & Wisconsin. The 2 GA Democrat Senators would definitely lose reelection if they were up for reelection this year as well. Democrats are so far away from relating to average middle America. We can't remember a time in our entire lifetimes where we had an extremely successful term (Trump's 1st term), but ended up in an economic hell of the last 4 years. We wittnessed Harris completely ignoring her VP term. She stated multiple times that she wouldn't have changed any of her or Biden's policies. Most Americans are very smart & can see directly through these massive lies & failures of the last 4 years.
