From what I read:

An average ear of corn typically has about 800 kernels arranged in 16 rows on the cob. The number of kernels can vary between 500 and 1, 200, but 800 is a common average.

Most corn cobs typically have an even number of kernel rows, usually ranging from 8 to 20, with 14 to 18 rows being most common in many hybrids. 

The even number of rows is due to the way corn flowers develop in pairs on the ear, resulting in paired rows of kernels.

While odd numbers of rows are rare, they can occur in some inbred varieties but are unusual.

Plant all in nuts and oaks then vacuum and sell to power plants.

Get all the benefits of crop damage permits, hunting rentals, no plowing fields brings in money, fire wood sales or chip for power, lumber sales and the thing every small farmer needs some shade in middle of 40 acre field.

Use a scale then moisture tester to adjust for moisture.

Starting off with this Tree, should be telling all ya farmers something. Every 2 acres there should be 3 trees, and the yield should double drastically.
