I thought rnd 1 gane won. Volkov did land some the more damaging strikes but gane got the guillotine and was closer to ending the fight. Rnd 2 was more competitive than we also made it out to be Volkov clearly with the more damaging strikes and although I think volkov won that round I think the judges gave gane the gane because he got a takedown with 40 seconds of control time but I don’t remember him doing anything with it other than both guys trying to get a heel hook. Rnd 3 clearly Volkov I think Volkov should have won I feel bad since he seeming to have a bit of a resurgence. He’s definitely one of the best HWs to never touch the belt
