Could also explain the "green eyes", possibly the glare you usually get from animals in the dark seen on video or pictures. idk lol worth the guess.

#4 DOG... you can hear his nails, the license, the typical panting with a huge tongue sticking out... and they're even calling for him by name. Dogs have very reflective eyes in the dark, this guy just never took a picture of a dog in the dark or he's faking it. The only risk here is a huge tongue attack full o doggy drool from chasing rats down sewer holes.
