It is not permanent brother i am using ubuntu as virtual machine when i type command it run perfectly well but after switching and off the virtual machine and again on it .it show same so i always need to type that command again and again tell me permanent solution

Assalam-o-alykum Sir, How to create account on docker..Actually I tried to create account simply like we create another account...but when I entered email address in docker sign up, so this email is already in use..by the way I did not use this email address before this..why is it showing me?
