Mumias Sugar re-alignment not meant to punish individuals

Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Felix Koskei has said that the recent change in management at Mumias Sugar was not to target any individuals but was a purely systemic decision and that even those who were in the previous management were open to re-apply and their suitability determined competitively.
