SCDKEY Legit CDkeys?

We tried out SCDKey's loot box program. Here is how it went.

Bought bfv and i was not able to see the code. Asked customer service and i just wanted my code. Instead they just gave me a refund after they wanted me to show them my id and credit card numbers. I think its a scam.
