I am so happy, I love my life so much, my routine, studying, these beautiful songs, this warmth, my intelligence, my ability to see beauty in everything and to focus and love it all. I'm enjoying my life and taking care of myself at the same time. Enjoying my 30s. Much blessing and beauty to all.

I love this 50/10 format, a 10 minute break is sooo much more effective for me than the 5 minute break, where I barely have time to boil water for my tea, and 50 minutes are nice because they do not disturb my work-flow, so please could you do more of these? I also like the music here, really soft and subtle <3 Thank you so much!

I love this 50/10 pomodoro so much! The 25/5 didn't really vibe with me.. 25 minutes was not enough to fully get in my deep study flow and work with it and the 5 minutes break was already over before i even arrived in the kitchen T-T.

Anyways, I want to tell you guys how proud i am of you! Correct, i am a random stranger and i don't know who's seeing this right now, but what i do know is that u woke up today, u opened your eyes and that's what i'm proud of. Now please do me a little favour and drink some water love<3 Remember, life can suck, like really badly, but please don't give up. There are so many good days coming ur way<33

I can't even express how much these 50/10 study sessions with Lofi help my ADHD. It is so incredibly hard for me to get started on work. Now that I am in my second year of college I want to make it a goal of mine to be more mindful of my time and productivity. It is super hard and I just wanted to say that these videos definitely make things easier. Thank you.
