For the 2-3 agents picks i find sage, viper and killjoy to be strong, but also safe depending on the map. I don't have to be at my best all the time to play and supporting the team is something I find to be satisfying.

I personally find solo q helpful for improving cause i have to adapt to my teammates. I've always been a fill-in type player. I've also noticed that once I start to com to my team, they start talking as well

I think one of the things that has helped me win is not caring. By this I don't mean throwing the game or not trying, I mean not caring or focusing on the results of a match too much because if I botfrag and lose, I might get tilted and play even worse in the next game, and if I topfrag and win, my ego might get overinflated and I might get mad at my teammates in the next match if they don't perform well.

The prems method made me hella more consistent when playing with my friends that are gold-plat. I did it cuz I didn't seem to be improving when playing the game continuously with them and after doing it daily for one month i seem to be keeping up with them even if they're still leagues above me.
