Change the tactic. Buy a new left winger and move Almiron into the centre as a 10

Play a 433 with a sitting midfield to help out the defence, you get a lot yellows cards to the defence cause of this
Change the complete wingbacks to either wingbacks or full backs because your playing with wingers, give them room to operate
Bring balance to the team ben !!

Maybe try having two different tactics? You clearly play well against the good teams with your 424 but not working against the smaller sides

Haven’t won a single game out of my first four, scored only two goals, and we have been knocked out of the cup by Rochdale on penalties...

Kevin ndicka young fast physical centre half would work well with Dias.
Florentino Luis would be perfect DM for you to help keep more clean sheets.
Best striker for me on any save and most value for a player is Edouard. 13 - 18mil and always gets 20plus goals. Finished 5th with Brentford he got 26 first season in prem.
Also most under rated player on game who turns into a super star is josh da silva from brentford

Taking your wingers off attacking roles and into supporting wingers will help tenfold. You're basically playing 424 but with no playmaker in the middle to even get the ball to the forward players. The guys out wide need to be available for short passes and not pushed up against the opposing fullback all game, especially if you're focusing play down the wings.

You're biggest problem isn't the players. It's the shambles of a tactic you're making them play. Sort it out

Yes this is what its like being a Newcastle fan. My first season, also without any of the money you have. I played 3 midfielders one sitting deeper, with the 2 wingers, and basically playing on the counter every game. Came 7th and Joelinton scored 25 first season. I think you need to go more defensive

Midfield trust Hayden and S. Longstaff to do the job and sub Shelvey in as a supersub

I love this Ben is now being fully transformed into how a Newcastle fan lives our lives.
Bit about the bench though is I do that with our first team.

Think you need to maybe drop a striker and get a dm in and really use the pace of a front 3 of almiron, maxim and martinez.
